Sangya Plus: 1-Year Extended Warranty for Worry-Free Protection

This Extended Warranty ("Warranty") offered by Sangya Project Pvt. Ltd. ("Sangya") covers specified pleasure products including Sangya 10 Pro ("Covered Products").

The Extended Warranty commences from the end of the original warranty period provided with the product i.e. 3 (three) months from the the date of purchase of the product, and continues for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of such commencement ("Warranty Period").

The Warranty covers malfunctions or defects in Covered Products, resulting in their failure to function as intended. It does not cover any damage resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence, unauthorized modification, or any other external factors not related to product malfunction.

During the Warranty Period, Sangya will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the Covered Product with an equivalent model, subject to availability. If the exact model is unavailable, Sangya reserves the right to provide a suitable replacement or issue a gift card for the original purchase value of the Covered Product.

To initiate a claim under this Warranty, the customer must provide proof of purchase of both the Covered Product and the Extended Warranty. This Warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
• Damage caused by acts of nature such as floods, fires, or earthquakes.
• Damage resulting from improper installation, handling, or maintenance.
• Any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the Covered Product.
• Multiple claims during the Warranty Period. Sangya undertakes to service one claim per product, per Warranty so purchased subsequent to which, the said Warranty shall stand expired.

This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Covered Product. In the event that the Product is a gift purchased for another, kindly email us on support@sangyaproject.com with the original order email and the order ID of the Product. 

Sangya's liability under this Warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement of the Covered Product as described herein. In no event shall Sangya be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the Covered Product, even if Sangya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the court of Mumbai shall have the sole jurisdiction.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
