SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY TIME

  1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link which also informs about the scheduled delivery date. 

  1. The standard delivery time varies between 7-14 working days.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

  1. Due to hygiene reasons, our items can’t be returned unless faulty. All such faulty items shall be so returned within 14 days and shall be inspected to determine whether refund/exchange is applicable. In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty product or your product stops working within 14 days of the receipt of such item, please write to thesangyaproject@gmail.com and our customer service team will help you with the applicable resolution of either an exchange or a refund.  

  1. Once the return is received and inspected, you shall be notified regarding the same. Our customer care team shall then notify you with respect to the approval or rejection of the refund.

  1. If approved, the refund shall be credited automatically to the credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

  1. The customer shall be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at thesangyaproject@gmail.com.
