Cleaning and Storage
This product is made of silicone and is extremely easy to wash and store. Clean gently with a solution of mild soap diluted in warm water and pat dry with paper towels. Do NOT boil or wash with harsh cleaners. Opt for toy-cleaning solutions that are compatible with silicone, and do NOT pair with silicone based lubricants as they will erode your product over time and render them unsafe. Store safely in your Sangya box in a cool place to prevent risk of heat damage to your product.
Discretion and privacy
Each Curve is packed within a black Sangya box that contains the brand logo on the lid, with no other descriptors or branding printed on the box. The black box is wrapped in black paper and packed in a brown box with a shipping label on it. The shipping label describes the item as ‘Curve’.
Shipping
The Curve is shipped across India within 7-14 days from date of purchase.
Returns
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the Curve cannot be returned unless the product arrives damaged, torn, or otherwise unusable. Damaged items will be collected by Sangya Project and a replacement will be issued once the product is confirmed to be faulty at the Sangya facility.
We offer a 30 day warranty on the Curve from date of delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link which also informs about the scheduled delivery date.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

Due to hygiene reasons, our items can’t be returned unless faulty. All such faulty items shall be so returned within 30 days of receipt of the said product and shall be inspected to determine whether refund/exchange is applicable. In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty product or your product stops working within 30 days of the receipt of such product, please write to support@sangyaproject.com and our customer service team will help you with the applicable resolution of either an exchange or a refund.

Once the return is received and inspected, you shall be notified regarding the same. Our customer care team shall then notify you with respect to the approval or rejection of the refund.

REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 30 days, after the expiry of which, no refund shall be offered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Eligibility of returns is also subject to the nature of the product in question.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@sangyaproject.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
